The attic space can be used for the 3rd person, moving the mattress of the small bedroom in the attic space which is larger as you can see from the pictures, but only about 1,5 meters tall.

The so called “Altana” (roof-top terrace) is a privilege that not many people can have in Venice!

Last but not least, the kitchen is spacious and functional, with all basic appliances, completely equipped.

In the bathroom there is a nice shower box and the washing machine.

The house is equipped also with A/C and Wi-Fi, beside independent heating system.
